Troubleshooting
/ Known Issues
Far
Gate requires certain Windows audio compression components which
are installed by default but may be missing. If Far Gate is crashing
when first launched, try the following:
1)
Go to "Start Menu" -> "Settings" ->
"Control Panel"
2)
Open "Add/Remove Programs"
3)
Go to the "Windows Setup" tab
4)
Scroll to "Multimedia" and double-click it
5)
Make sure "Audio Compression" is checked
Mission
16
An updated version of Mission 16 (the last mission in the game)
is available for European customers. The new mission has been
adjusted for better gameplay balance. The North American release
already incorporates this new mission. It is available here.
Driver
Updates
Super
X Studios recommends that you update your drivers to the newest
version for the best performance and the latest bug fixes. Please
update drivers before contacting support, as this solves most
Far Gate compatibility issues.
